Ce d\u00e9tail est essentiel pour juger de la pr\u00e9cision des r\u00e9sultats.<\/p>\n<h2>Les r\u00e9sultats biom\u00e9caniques et histologiques n'\u00e9taient pas identiques<\/h2>\n<p>Les deux groupes \u00e0 agent unique pr\u00e9sentaient des valeurs maximales de charge jusqu'\u00e0 d\u00e9faillance plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es que celles du groupe t\u00e9moin, mais la signification statistique de ce crit\u00e8re d'\u00e9valuation n'a \u00e9t\u00e9 rapport\u00e9e que pour TB-500. Les r\u00e9sultats histopathologiques variaient selon le syst\u00e8me de notation\u00a0: TB-500 diff\u00e9rait du contr\u00f4le pour le score total de Bonar, tandis que TB-500 et la combinaison diff\u00e9raient pour le score total de Movin. Les analyses de collag\u00e8ne ont ajout\u00e9 un contexte m\u00e9caniste mais n'ont pas transform\u00e9 l'exp\u00e9rience en une \u00e9tude de r\u00e9sultats cliniques chez l'homme.<\/p>\n<h2>Le r\u00e9sultat de la combinaison est facile \u00e0 d\u00e9former<\/h2>\n<p>Les auteurs ont rapport\u00e9 que l\u2019association de BPC-157 et de TB-500 n\u2019apportait pas d\u2019avantage suppl\u00e9mentaire par rapport aux agents individuels.
