L'outil convertit les unit\u00e9s avant de diviser. Il utilise la masse saisie sans assumer une identit\u00e9 peptidique ni un objectif biologique.<\/p>\n<p>La concentration massique est la masse d'un constituant divis\u00e9e par le volume du m\u00e9lange. Cette calculatrice utilise <strong>C = m\/V<\/strong> et le r\u00e9organise pour <strong>V = m\/C<\/strong> pour le calcul inverse. Voir <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nist.gov\/pml\/special-publication-811\/nist-guide-si-chapter-8\">NIST Guide du SI, chapitre 8, sections 8.6.5\u20138.6.8<\/a> pour les d\u00e9finitions de quantit\u00e9 et la distinction entre la concentration en masse et en quantit\u00e9 de substance.<\/p>\n<h3>Un exemple arithm\u00e9tique travaill\u00e9<\/h3>\n<p>Pour une masse illustrative de 10 mg dans un volume final de 2 mL, 10 \u00f7 2 donne 5 mg\/mL. La saisie de 10,000 \u00b5g et 2,000 \u00b5L donne le m\u00eame r\u00e9sultat apr\u00e8s conversion d\u2019unit\u00e9. En mode inverse, 10 mg \u00e0 une concentration cible de 5 mg\/mL correspond \u00e0 un volume de solution finale de 2 mL. Ces nombres d\u00e9montrent l'arithm\u00e9tique\u00a0; ils ne constituent pas une recommandation pour un produit nomm\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h2>Questions avant d'utiliser le r\u00e9sultat<\/h2>\n<h3>Le \u00ab volume final \u00bb d\u00e9signe-t-il la quantit\u00e9 de solvant \u00e0 ajouter ?<\/h3>\n<p>Pas n\u00e9cessairement. Le volume final est le volume total de la solution apr\u00e8s dissolution. L'outil calcule ce volume, et non une instruction d'ajout de solvant valid\u00e9e de mani\u00e8re ind\u00e9pendante. Suivez une m\u00e9thode de laboratoire appropri\u00e9e lors de la pr\u00e9paration d\u2019une solution.<\/p>\n<h3>Un pourcentage de puret\u00e9 corrige-t-il automatiquement la concentration ?<\/h3>\n<p>Non. Entrez une masse sur la base que vous comptez calculer. L'outil ne d\u00e9duit pas de fraction active d'une valeur de puret\u00e9 chromatographique.
